Dr. Lisa Frisk graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 2008, where she received her Doctorate of Chiropractic degree. She has advanced training in the upper cervical chiropractic method, known as NUCCA, and is the only Chiropractor specializing in the NUCCA technique in the Upper Peninsula. She has also completed extensive training and education through the Institute for Functional Medicine.

Dr. Lisa is dedicated to providing the highest quality of care by addressing the structural, biochemical and emotional components of health. Jeffrey has served the Upper Peninsula in a healthcare and wellness capacity for over twenty years. His experience includes fifteen years as a Clinical Exercise Physiologist in a Cardiac Rehab program. He has worked with a variety of individuals ranging from children to the elderly, and from persons with disability to elite athletes. His desire to help others live a more comfortable life lead him to pursue Rolfing and Health Coaching.

Jeffrey is a Certified Rolfer®, and a graduate of the Dr. Ida Rolf Institute® in Boulder Colorado. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Clinical Dietetics and a Master of Science in Exercise Science from Northern Michigan University. In addition, Jeffrey is certified as an American College of Sports Medicine - Clinical Exercise Physiologist and an American Council on Exercise - Certified Health Coach.
